The bare shoulder of Rodarte
By Amber Editor Lauren Henderson
She twirled her perfectly pale hair, staring blankly out the window. The stares used to be attentive, and curious, and eager – but now they were empty. Looking down at her correctly buttoned up shirt, she wondered if one day it would spontaneously tighten and stop her breathing. And with those forbidden thoughts she pounded down the stairs with a sudden urge to break a rule. Quietly sneaking a pair of scissors into her pockets she stealthy retreated upstairs. Within moments she could feel the air on her shoulders. Stuffy, warm air, albeit, but that was better than nothing after having been locked indoors for two months.
