Rad Hourani
The unisex garments created by Rad Hourani seem to distance themselves from the gender conventions so often enforced by the fashion industry. Since 2005, each Rad Hourani collection has been developed in an atelier resembling a laboratory more than a fashion workroom, where the designer is allowed to experiment with shape and innovative materials. In keeping with his contrary position within the fashion industry, Hourani foregoes the biannual fashion calendar in favour of collections presented only with a sequential number.

The installation is made in collaboration with Melissa Matos Andrew Gordon MacPherson.
