Arnhem Mode Biennale 2011 on grounds AkzoNobel
AMB partners up with AkzoNobel, which in the role of hosting partner has put a former factory building on the Velperweg in Arnhem at our disposal.

The building – 10.000m2 in size – is currently empty, but in the past housed the machinery for the production of synthetic fibers. It is in this special piece of cultural heritage where the main exhibition of Edition 2011 will take place, curated by artistic director JOFF.
AkzoNobel, the biggest paint corporation in the world, will be the hosting partner of Arnhem Mode Biennale 2011. It sees many similarities between the festival and its own activities.
"Naturally we have strong historical ties to Arnhem, but there are many more reasons why we and Arnhem Mode Biennale suit each other well. Themes like innovation, sustainability, talent and obviously colour play a crucial role in the fashion world as well as in our world. It is perfect match for both parties."
