The main location on the grounds of AkzoNobel measures 10.000 square meters. Besides the main exhibition and Café Amber, a 800 m2 Event Space and several VIP rooms offer the perfect setting for a unique corporate event in a piece of industrial heritage that never was open to the public before.

In the main exhibition international fashion designers give their vision on fashion in all her appearances. These visions might inspire you and your employees to come to surprising insights. Whilst multimedia installations could form an excellent opportunity to highlight your connection to the creative industry to your guests.

From 1 June to 3 July an experienced team of producers will assist you in the execution of a tailor made event that is truly unique and which focuses on a surprising experience which covers more than a dressed up dinner. Almost everything is possible and we are happy to think up a concept with you. Two examples below give an impression of what we have to offer.
Together with our dedicated Food & Beverages team, we are looking forward to welcoming you to an unforgettable event.

Example 1
Your guests are welcomed at the main location of Arnhem Mode Biennale and after having their coffee and tea; they are invited to discover the exhibition. You are guided by experienced storytellers whose background stories add an extra dimension to the shown installations. Impressions are digested with a glass of wine and fine fingerfood for which the best (organic) ingredients are sourced locally. Following this intermezzo you are presented with a tasteful dinner, during which we present you with short lectures or presentations between courses, by artistic director of Arnhem Mode Biennale JOFF or others.

Example 2
Our team welcomes you and your guests at the main location of Arnhem Mode Biennale, where brunch is served. After this appetizing start of the day, your party is encouraged to find inspiration in a guided tour through the main exhibition. New ideas that you can bring to the brainstorm session or meeting that is next on the programme. Our Event Spaces are modular and easily transformed into intimate meeting rooms. A unique opportunity to think outside the box and reach new insights, in which the guidance by experienced moderators and coaches is optional. After your meeting, a spectacular fashion show forms the perfect cooling down for the mind.

You can choose from the following spaces:
- Event Space, with a capacity of 600 people.
Possibilities: party, theatre setting, film, seminar, presentation, show, etc.
Including backstage area.
- Various VIP rooms, with a capacity of up to 200 people per room.
Possibilities: drinks party, dinner, meeting, presentation, workshop, etc.
- Terrace, with a capacity of 400 people.
Possibilities: drinks party, performance, party and presentation.
