For the four weeks of the Arnhem Fashion Biennale, café Brasserie Dudok Arnhem will be stimulating all the senses in association with the Arnhem Design Platform (Ontwerp Platform Arnhem, OPA). Dudok Arnhem and OPA have invited the food designer Katja Gruijters and the graphic designers Marloes de Laat and Roel Vaessen to make eating something special.
Wonderfood is a fairy-tale experience that will transport you to a world of dreamy flavours, airy textures and transparent materials. I’d like some more!
The ‘Wonderfood’ premiere is on Saturday, 2 June at 19:30.
