Niels: Designing.
Astrid: My work.

4. Why are you crazy about fashion?
Niels: The rapid changes in fashion are what makes it interesting for me.
Astrid: It's not a question, it's a given.

5. What was the message of your most recent show?
Not applicable.

6. Can fashion make the world a better place?
Niels: Fashion can make the world more beautiful, so it might make people feel better about the state of the world.
Astrid: Not better, but more beautiful.

7. What's the status of fashion today?
In unison: Fashion is hot, everyone wants to be involved with it.

8. What's your happiest moment so far?
Niels: I can't point out one particular moment; it could happen to you at any moment.
Astrid: I don't think in terms of the most beautiful or the happiest moment. For me happiness exists in the little things, snapshots that don't have to outstrip each other.

9. What's the colour of happiness?
Niels: White.
Astrid: Light, in all its gradations.

10. What's your wish for the future?
In unison: Being able to keep making ‘beautiful things'.
